Commercial Cleaning Services of Dallas provides professional commercial cleaning and janitorial services to businesses throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Our services include but are not limited to office cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor care, restroom sanitation, window washing, and specialized cleaning for medical facilities, schools, retail stores, and other commercial properties.

3. Service Agreements

All cleaning services are provided pursuant to a written service agreement or proposal that specifies the scope of work, frequency of service, pricing, and other relevant terms. The specific terms of your service agreement will govern in the event of any conflict with these general Terms of Service.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our services is provided in writing as part of our proposal or service agreement. Payment terms are typically net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified. Late payments may be subject to service fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 60 days.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services with 30 days written notice. One-time or special services must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Emergency or after-hours cancellations may incur additional charges.

6. Access and Security

Clients are responsible for providing our staff with appropriate access to the premises during scheduled cleaning times. This includes keys, access codes, or security credentials as necessary. We maintain strict security protocols and all staff undergo background checks.

7. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for damage to items that are not properly secured or for pre-existing damage to property.

8. Service Follow-Up

If you have questions about completed services, please contact us within 24 hours and we will review your concerns and coordinate next steps.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Commercial Cleaning Services of Dallas and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
